How soon will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days from purchase. Customer shipping tier will be selected at checkout and delivery priority is based on customer selection. Your tracking number will be emailed to you immediately upon availability. Please note that once your order leaves the fulfillment location and has been processed through the carrier, Brielle+Simone is no longer responsible for shipping delays and delivery. 

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund, as long as the order has not been filled and sent for shipment. Please email briellesimone.co@gmail with your full name, order number and simply your request for refund. 

Is 'Customer Meet Up' still optional?

No. At this time, our business is a small operation that is geared towards delivering quality customer service with limited support and space. We must meet our goal to get orders out of the fulfilment site ASAP. We do apologize for this change.  

How Can I Place a Custom Order for an event?

Please be advised that custom orders should be requested in writing at least 30 days prior to your scheduled event. This allows time for us to discuss your project and go over details regarding mutual expectations, deposits and final payments. Please email your request to briellesimone.co@gmail.com for more information. 

Can I return my product?

No. Once your product has been accepted, the product may not be returned. We apologize for this inconvenience. If for some reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at briellesimone.co@gmail.com no longer than 48 hours of receipt.
